German Kartoffelsalat (German potato salad) |Only Cookery. We’re now heading to Europe for one of the recipes I wanted to share as one of my 25 dishes for the cookbook. Kartoffel salat or German potato salad is close to my heart as I grew up in Germany and I would eat this regularly. My version of potato salad is highly requested by family and friends, which I often make for barbecues or as a side dish to mains such as pork schnitzel.
