Banana Buns |Only Cookery. [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]In a mixing bowl add 2 ripped bananas.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Add 1-2 Tbsp. of Sugar depending on the sweetness you prefer.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Mash smooth. Do not blend banana in the grinder.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Add ¼ cup of Curd, 1 tsp. of Jeera, pinch of Baking Soda and ½ tsp. of Salt[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Mix well.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Now add 2 cup of Maida and prepare dough.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Knead the dough for 5 minutes or till its smooth.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Grease dough with Oil.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Cover and rest it well for atleast 8 hours.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Next day, slightly knead the dough and pinch a ball sized dough.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Dust some maida and roll slightly thick than poori.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Deep fry the buns in hot oil till it turns slight brown.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Serve with hot coconut chutney.[/li][/ul][/ml]
